Toulouse's good bakeries

As you may already know, France and bread is a great love story. French people eat bread every day, and it is unthinkable to have a table without a baguette.

There are many bakeries in Toulouse, but unfortunately they are not all good. There are big brands that sell industrial bread, much less good than the one you could find in a real good bakery.

This article shows the few bakeries where ESN Toulouse volunteers like to go, and where they advise you to go if you want to taste a good baguette, a good croissant or a delicious chocolatine !

GOOD TO KNOW :

If it’s written “Boulangerie” on the sign, that’s a very good clue for the bread quality !

Indeed, in France, it exists a law that forbid to put the word “boulangerie’ on the sign if the bread isn’t made on the spot.
If you see the word “boulangerie” written on the storefront, it means that the kneading of the dough, its fermentation, its shaping, and its cooking, are done on the spot directly.
